The Story...     Blue Seal Brand hot sauce is the brainchild of Marc Williams. After several upheavals in his career path he decided to create a new hotsauce. Since his current store bought selection was too hot, too vinegary or just did'nt have enough character, he decided to make his own hotsauce. So with plenty of time on his hands, he set out to make a different kind of hotsauce, one that had enough heat along with some sweetness and even a new color! After several failed attempts and a messy kitchen viola', a new hotsauce was born!

     The name "Blue Seal" is in  reference to an Elephant seal "encounter"
 at Tamarack Beach in Carlsbad, Ca,  February 14th, 1997. See Longboard magazine July,1997.
